a Mother-Daughter Kickboxing weight loss program
at my studios starting Oct 2nd.



Classes are in the East at All-Star Family Headquarters
Joe Farrington Road and in the West at New Providence
Community Center Blake Road

This 8 week course includes hand wraps and boxing gloves
for both Mother and Daughter AND unlimited Kickboxing classes
AND dietary and exercise tips along the way. All this for $500 for
both Mother and Daughter for 8 weeks of a healthy you!

Also we just launched the MMA program and I have to
tell you it is simply fantastic. It combines, Judo, Jiujitsu
Kickboxing, and Karate.
